We need someone experienced, with really excellent knowledge in HTML Markup adapting to all browsers (IE6,7,8, FF2,3, chrome, safari,...) basic knowledge in php is a must, because you'll have to integrate the html into php code. knowledge in Framework symfony is a good advantage.
