I require a simple form to submit a purchase selection to paypal. This form will have checkboxes where the user can select 1 - 3 items. Then 3 shipping options. The price will automatically update bellow without refreshing using ajax etc. Please see the attached file. The submit button will then send the order to paypal. The form must be styled as in the attached image. For someone who knows what they are doing this should be an extremely easy task.
