We have a finished Flex 3 graphic. Our Flex 3 programmer has completed all the links and made the finished graphic. All the design work has been completed. The graphic needs shading with better colors. The graphic opens in it's own browser, but has poor scaleability. Needed: 1. Finished art work only (very simple) 2. Needs better scalable browser
