Our company already has an existing website. We need to modify the source code to be more SEO freindly and increase our sites visibility to search engines. SEO skills are a must and candidate must be able to bring ideas to the table. Once our site is optimized a successfull candidate may be hired on to do a larger re-vamp of our site altogether, again with SEO strangly in mind.
