i am looking for developers based in the United States that have knowledge and skills to do the following: 1) Integrate site designs in to the Joomla CMS 2) Modify existing plugins, components and modules to perform extra tasks 3) Program new modules, components and plugins as needed to perform specialized functions inside the Joomla framework.
