I need a really skilled, experienced graphical designer for a dynamic, flash(y) website for a trendy nightclub. This includes graphic design and programming including CMS! It's not a complete Flash website but some elements should be dynamic. Graphic concept is already available but needs some adjustments . Please do not apply if you don't have an online portfolio or the experience. I prefer a fixed price.
