I need to build an offer for an auto loan refinance offer. I am going to own the offer and will be working with a call center to send leads. I need to be able to save the leads into my database. and provide to call center daily. The offer will need multiple creatives to start with. 3 of them should be fine. Looking for someone to design offer, build database. I need the database to also do subid tracking so I can tell what sources the leads are coming from.
