I have a Joomla based website, and it's taking a rather long time to load. Often, it takes 15 - 20 seconds just for the home page to open. I need to speed this up. I know there are lots of ways to accomplish this, and some just include plugins, and having a look at the hosting. Please give me a cost estimate, and bid only if you're familiar with this process.
