I am looking for a direct-response web designer who can work with the thesis wordpress theme. Basically, I need to turn this (alphanetworker.org) into something more like this (jasonbetter.com), with a slick opt-in box, and some better graphics. I am actually looking for somebody who understand web copy and direct-response marketing online, and most importantly, how to make a simple, but effective lead capture page.
