Job Description:

I am looking for someone to take me through step by step instructions on how to optimize my site and show me ways that i can drive traffic to my site. I need to be able to see a distinct improvement on traffic. I have a site that i have tried to market and optimize and advertise but I need to get more traffic. Can anyone help?
