Set up a site that functions like craigslist for listing apartments for rent by city. In addition to placing ads, I would like to enable users to comment on or rate ads and set up permanent "minisites" for a rental apartment in the form of a post. I could see this working with Noah's classifieds, wordpress or built form scratch.
