Create an introduction where the user is visually stimulated to learn how the P&P Manual is structured and to persuade them into utilising the Policy and Procedure manual (about to go-live on the web). Pls read the attached pdf. All the info is in there, including a wire-frame at the end. XML knowledge is also required, as some of the content will be coming from an xml document.
