I have 9 colour photos which I need attending to and re-touching by a highly capable Photoshop expert. They are of empty billboard hoardings across open landscapes that were all shot on the same day but at various times and in various settings. What I need is somebody with an expert eye for detail to make some very calculated and precise adjustments and re-touching in order to harmonize the series more professionally and seamlessly so as they can better work as a sequence together....
