Hello, 

Please read this ENTIRE description before applying. We are looking for an EXPERT in PHP / MySQL and will not settle for anything less. Sorry if this offends anybody but we are in need of an additional programmer to help our current team of 3 finish this project within a few months. 

Our game is written entirely in PHP and uses mySQL (obviously for database support). The game is an educational world simulation that teaches users how to use the stock market, credit cards, owning a business and more. We have the initial framework already completed for the game. All thats left now is going in and customizing the framework to match each module we want for the game. 
    • If you are familier with those text based games on facebook such as Mafia Wars than you will be perfect for this job **
 
This game will have several programmed modules including:
  • Stock Market
  • Company Trade
  • Credit System
  • Economic System
  • 20+ other modules still being designed.
 
You will be utilized as a working TEAM member for our company. As stated before we have 3 additional programmers working on this project daily as we try to near a Summer 2010 deployment. 

You will be working for us part time as needed. As one module is finished, we will move on to the next one until the game is ready for GUI and graphic handling. 

Requirements: 
  • STRONG knowledge of PHP, MySQL
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML

We are likely going to hire somebody who charges $4 to $10 per hour. A one-time bonus will be given on completition of your work.
