Hello
I am developing a social networking website for writers of Haiku poetry, the traditional Japanese form of structured poetry which consists of three lines of text. In Haiku, the first line has five syllables, the second line has seven syllables and the third line has five syllables. 

I need a programmer to create an application that will:
1 - register users
2 - provide text entry for the poem
3 - validate that the poem conforms to the 5-7-5 standard. This may require tapping into an open API from a site like Dictionary.com (or others) which already have a large database of English language words and their syllable count. The application would "count" the syllables in each line and  not let the user move forward until the 5-7-5 standard is matched.
4 - provide a way for users to "rate" other user's poems
