Need a logo created with high resolution in illustrator. Need to be in layers. what with a black and transparency background. Will upload the design.

You will see two images. what called fly.  this is the image I want created. Under the logo the word with a font closed to what is being used "FLY"  

I want it with the same color tones.  

Then I want another image that has rainbow colors.  See second image HiRes.jpg.  It that color palated.
