I will give you several hundred articles to put onto my website. You will add each to the site with the proper category, and set the post date for the future.

EG:

If I have 3 articles and I tell you I want 1 a day, then you create each, and just change the time that they are live (no need to come back later, the CMS (joomla) lets you publish something for the future).
