I am advertising for a new virtual assistant to join my team to help me with building my backlinks.

Must have a great standard of english as will be expected to write on my behalf and i dont want to my reputation to go down hill. Will be expected to have a 65% or higher pass rate in the spelling test on odesk.com and office skills test of 50%.

Your backlinks that you create will include replying to posts on:
  • blogs
  • answering questions on yahoo answers
  • squidoo lenses
  • ezinearticles.com
 
as me signing my signature so standard of english is a must.

on top of this you will also receieve a bonus from me for how many of the yahoo answers become top answers and how many blog posts are situated on the top commentators section.

You will also be expected to keep a record of all published backlinks in excel so that i can check the progress of the work and see how popular the backlinks are becoming.

Backlinks will be spread out over several of our products and our websites in the make money online niche.

I would like to hire someone on an ongoing basis starting with 10 hours a week increasing it with some other niches as the outsourcer gets used to the tasks.
