I tried my very best for this project and followed the specs carefully but I didn't understand why he requested a refund. During the time that he asked me to remove the time that I spent for the last week, I was surprised and I told him that I will continue the rest of the corrections without login my hours but still he asked for a refund. Got no choice but to send him a refund.  Totally disappointed with this!!! Thanks anyway!

Layout of a 300 page book with illustrations, table of content, index, tables, etc. Must meet the specifications of Createspace.com and lulu.com. Quick turnaround is required.
