I am an entrepeneur that has extensively researched the internet marketing niche and purchased several thousand $$ worth of software to capitalize on the internet marketing opportunity.  I am a real estate investor/developer by nature, so web design is not necessarily second nature for me -- hence, this ad!

Here's the deal,....I am looking for a "computer guy" who is familiar with the following:

1)  Web site development (can be utilizing "canned" web site development software,..we are just going to be making long-copy websites with testamonials, pictures, screen-shots, videos, etc. - no crazy graphics or softwares embedded).

2) Google Adwords campaigns - setting them up, familiarity with monitoring the progress of Adwords Campaigns

3) Analyzing and interpreting analysis data.  I.e. - looking at click-thru-rates, conversion ratios, performing split A-B tests to increase marketing returns, etc.

I have the 'vision' for making significant passive residual income with internet marketing,..but I don't have the time to sit down, hammer out and test each individual campaign.  I have the software and tools,..but need a 'techy' partner to put everything that is in my head into action!

I am going to be paying an hourly rate (or agreed upon amount per project),..AND, here is the best part,...I am giving the guy who helps me build my vision a piece of the long-term residual profits.
