We are building a private membership-based text link exchange community.  

Our design requirements are minimal, but will require:

1.  Front page (public) 
2.  Secondary pages (public)
3.  matching vbulletin skin (private)

We are looking for a cool, clean, simple, and web 2.0 design.  We like the design elements of sites like:

survs.com
mint.com
stumbleupon.com
diigo.com

Front Page

Will consist of large header image, capturing visitors' attention.  The remainder will contain brief descriptions of the other pages of the site, a section directing them to sign up for the membership, and the other normal basics of a website (privacy policy links, etc.)

Subpage Design 1

Similar design to the home page, but no large image header.  These pages are meant to contain text and maybe a screenshot tour.

vbulletin skin

We'll also need a VB skin that's consistent with the rest of the site's design.

We don't have any particular design in mind and are looking for ideas.   Bidders are encouraged to submit initial ideas, which will be favorably considered.
