Our system allows users to upload their contact lists and send brief email alerts to them. We keep getting black listed for spam from time to time. We need an expert who has a thorough understanding of how to let users continue to send emails to their contacts without getting us blacklisted. 

Need to start ASAP as we just went on several blacklists.

Must be able to speak briefly on Skype by phone and be available to work during PST (GMT -8) between 9am and 10pm.

Long term potential for a senior Unix/Linux Sys admin experienced with virutalization, Plesk, SNS management, file synchronization, backups, and good at shell scripts.
