The system will initially have the following functionality modules:

1. General Ledger, including coping with multiple legal entities, multiple cost centres in hierarchies within legal entities, multiple currencies, multiple period types and of course a hierarchy of accounts.
2. Payroll. The system will require a fully functional payroll with a number of specific minor requirements.
3. Asset Management. Pretty standard asset management, eg depreciation etc.
4. HR Management. Again pretty standard
5. Security module. Most of this comes with the framework we're using.

The whole system is to be developed in the eXpressApp framework from devexpress (www.devexpress.com). the framework does a large amount of the infrastucture work for us so we can focus on developing business logic. The target deployment is WinForms C# using a SQL server backend.

What we're looking for is a person to step in and really own the functional development of the system. In that regard we're not looking for someone to develop the software (yet), so NO DEVELOPERS PLEASE. The position is for someone who has a great deal of experience developing documentation and managing projects. Some knowledge of visual studio, C# and SQL is required so that the applicant can learn what is already done and verify what is done going forward  but we do not need a developer at this stage.

Specifically, we require *all* of the following attributes:

1. Experience in Finance Systems - thorough understanding of all accounting processes and concepts including double entry accounting, asset manegment, general ledgers, subledgers, depreciation, amortisation, dividends, equity and so forth.
2. Experience in Business Analysis/Systems Analysis
3. Experience in Project Management
4. Excellent written and oral communications skills
5. Competent UML 2.0 with solid experience
6. Thorough understanding of object oriented design
7. Software Testing Experience (and willing to do some)
8. Basic C# experience
9. Basic SQL experience
10. Access to high speed internet for video confrencing
