We require the services of a consultant to help us develop a business plan for a technology based project.

The project will require a great deal of research using the internet as well as by phone, letter and so forth. Requirements gathering will be performed by Skype, email and phone.

The project is technology based so background in technology based business systems/projects is required. The project will involve biometrics, RFID, imaging technologies, encryption, databases, web services and many other technologies. While we are not looking for a technical expert, we do require a keen interest and understanding of these kinds of technologies.

The project also will involve strong business process skills both in terms of Analysis and Design of business processes. In particular there will be a strong emphasis on logging, audit and security.

This project will involve co-ordination between various governments and large commercial bodies if it is to be successful, thus this project requires a consultant with a strong and charismatic personality capable of creating new networked relationships. Needless to say, a very strong command of English in both written and oral forms is also required.

The project’s business plan will require strong analysis skills to complete including a thorough SWAT, Porter’s Five Forces, Martketing plans and so forth. Thus the successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong competencies in this kind of planning and analysis along with relevant university qualifications.

There is a possibility that this project may require travel at a later stage.
