We have a CSS driven header (that integrates into an ASPX based website) and menu layout that needs to be modified to match a design that we have created (storyboard and other website as an example). We are looking for someone who is very skilled in CSS development and can read and understand an existing CSS file so the structure is retained. CSS code should also be well commented. A copy of the code is attached.
