We are seeking an assistant to provide support maintaining our online store by performing tasks when needed such as email responses, phone calls, database updates, pricing research, marketing and customer satisfaction surveys. Our website www.books4hvac.com has been online since the year 2000 and has doubled in growth year after year, requiring more time on managements behalf to keep a lean and profitable business model - with inventory. The proper candidate should be informed that tasks will not be available every day and the qualified candidate should be able to develop a list of tasks without the requirements of our management.

We have outsourced previously to INDIA and found the language barrier to hinder communication with the time we have available to handle and delegate tasks. Communication skills must be excellent and a self-starter would be a great asset to this request.
