This programmer cost me much more than I paid him. Due to his lack of skills in the arena of php, css and photoshop, I had ended up working more than he did on the project I assigned which was only a 3 hour CSS/AJAX calendar. He ended up undoing my other programmers work, and to add to it i found this hidden in my Admin's Index page. Proof that this is someone you DO NOT want to deal with.

There are many facits of the website which need to be redone, improved, and go into greater detail.
There are many improvements to the site that are already thought through and ready for immediate release such as:
authorize.net gateway
expansion globally/language translator
social network within a network
more and more options
and improving EVERYTHING!
There is probably a good 6-12 months of work (part time) to be done. I would like to hire full time, however there would be way too much down time as I cannot possibly keep up with all the changes efficiently. My current programmer relies on me for most of my direction.
I need a programmer that handles jobs as if I were directing him at all times. |
