Convert the table code on SSI files to css formatting. 

I hired someone to do this who said they could do this but they could not so I need to re-post this.

This will need to be done on 2 sets of templates, one containing some PHP code so it is important to be able to recognize it and work around it so it remains functional.

I need the TABLE FORMATTING converted to CSS. That is the only change.
I need the files returned with the same extentions and directory structure.
I need it to look exactly like the table version
I need it delivered when agreed upon. Please- if you do not think you can do this in the time you say you will, don't contact me about this. 

It is also important that this code is TESTED before it is given back to me. I need to know I can place it on my web site and it will display correctly.
