We want to make a Google Maps graph of all the funded startups in NYC. It should differentiate between different types of funding (Angel, VC A-round and above, etc). We're open to having you flush out the categories. Please have markers on the Google Map color-coded according to these categories.

The NYTimes did something like this in 2006: http://www.nytimes.com/2006/03/12/fashion/sundaystyles/12silicon.html?_r=2

Resources to do this include Crunchbase and SEC filings. You should be able to search on crunchbase for all of the different levels of VC funded startups in New York City. Then it'll just be a matter of marking each of them appropriately in a map.
