Hello,

We are looking for a single provider to create three items for our start-up Distance Learning company:
  1. A simple, tasteful, contemporary, and high-tech logo that illustrates our philosophy: "Personalized Learning & User-friendly Solutions".
  2. Updating a product overview / FAQ for the first product we're currently marketing.  We provide the text; no writing necessary.  The original files were built in Adobe InDesign, so please make sure you're competent in the application before you apply for this position.  You'll deliver this item as both an INDD file and a PDF.
  3. Adapting #2 above into a black and white document suitable for a "blast-fax" marketing campaign.  The end product will also need to be delivered as both an INDD file and a PDF.
The winning applicant will be expected to complete all three items within a few days, so please make sure you have some free time on your hands before applying.

Applicants with experience designing materials for the healthcare industry will have an advantage over those who don't.

Applicants with a good work history on oDesk will have an advantage over those who don't.

Applicants who have passed, or are willing to spend 30 minutes taking, the Adobe InDesign competency test on oDesk will have an advantage over those who haven't, or won't.

Each applicant selected for an interview will be asked to submit a line-item bid for the three deliverables described above.

Interviews will be conducted between August 1 and August 4.  The position will be filled on August 5 and work starts immediately thereafter.

The opportunity for additional work exists if we're happy with the end result.
