Am looking to develop a social networking script similar to Handshakes found at http://dzoic.com/.

This script will also have additional features such as the ability to allow live webcam chat, configure paid and free user subscriptions, add HD videos with advertising overlays, and syndicate RSS job feeds.

This is an intracate project, and will involve two other team members. This specific position is for the back-end source developement, but obviously someone with web design experience would be very helpful. 
 
Also visit: http://www.abledating.net/ as this script has all the features we are looking for. In fact if there are several premade scripts that we have, and we leave it up to the developer to start from scratch or modify a premade script.
