The job was as advertised, but since I took the job there was always a communicated intention for the job to expand into a more technical role, one in which there would be more pay offered.  I presume because of company priorities, this position never morphed into this type of position, even though it was always communicated to me that the new position was coming soon.  I simply had to drop the job and seek a more higher-paying project.  I wish this buyer the best.  Their pay is consistent for this type of work, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a technical support role.  The product is easy to support.


We require a technically minded Customer Services Rep who is able to take calls regarding out online Real-estate investment application Short Sale Builder.

The successful candidate will have good English speaking skills, be able to quickly learn the system through a series of video tutorials and first-hand usage and will be required to assist in manning a Helpdesk that they will field calls and emails from.

We initially require a candidate for upwards of a month, but if the candidate is exceptionally good, we will consider offering either a rolling contract or a full time position.
