GENDER: EitherACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:·         Ample experience in TUNNING (Very important)·         Minimum of 5 years experience in DBA ORACLE or DB2·         Manages Database Shaping Tools·         Manages Memory Databases·         Experience in implementation of ERP·         Experience in massive international or global software development preferably with important transnational companies or consulting firms. ·         Minimum of 5 years experience in JAVA software development·         4 years in documentation and analysis of requirements, processes and applications, UML indispensable, project and component development, follow-up and implementation·         Experience in JSWING, JSP, JAVABEANS, SERVELETS, XML, EJB and Web Services·         Experience and command of RUM and UML methodologies·         Software development using standards and paradigms·         Experience in thread development (Multi-threads)·         Experience in UNIX, LINUX, MAC and WINDOWS operating systems·         Experience and knowledge of WEB SERVICES·         Capable of executing and developing two or more projects simultaneouslyPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:Multi-disciplined and adaptable disposition, Communication skills, Self-Motivated, Initiator, Efficient and Responsible.
