US real estate investment business is looking for a dependable, sharp, home-based 
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT(s)!

MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE (preferably one year)

Part Time Position

We require someone that is able to work in a quiet, distraction free environment, will be 
available to work 20-30 hours per week.  We may hire 1-2 people depending on the qualifications of the applicants.  This may lead to a FULL TIME POSITION.

You will be involved in:

Administrative:
• Analyzing properties and calculating comparable values and after repair values
• Marketing our business via the internet
• Conducting online searches, locating property owners, skip tracing
• using information we provide you to set up account for our business on various websites and social networking sites 

Data Entry: 
• Pre-screening leads and inquiries
• Talking to clients, perspective clients, contacting buyers, and sellers
• Accurately filling out forms 
• creating and working with mail merge documents

Some Search Engine Optimization work which may include web postings. Knowledge of SEO a PLUS.


You must:

• be a quick learner 
• be an independant thinker, problem solver
• ability to analyze data and make decisions based on careful analysis
• be able to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines
• always have a professional, cordial personality and a pleasant voice
• possess excellent Internet, computer, marketing, customer service and management skills
• be able to take down precise information and maintain accurate records.

In addition, the ideal candidate SHOULD have the following:

• The ability to speak, read and write American English fluently.
• Own a “newer” computer – Windows XP or Vista – 2G RAM, with a reliable, faster internet connection
• Have free unlimited long distance phone service
• A solid understanding of the Internet, researching capabilities, proficient with google applications like google docs, calendars, google maps etc, Craigslist, Backpage, MLS, Zillow, Cyberhomes, Bing and Skype
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Word, PDF, and Excel or open source versions of these applications
• The pay will be $2 per hour to start
