There are two parts to this project:

PART 1:
You will take the PDF document that I send you and enter the information into an excel spread sheet with the following columns across the top. 

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Business Name or Organization Name
4. Address 1 (for example "123 Main Street")
5. Address 2 (for example "Suite 900", not all address will have this)
6. City (example "Chicago")
7. State (most will be "IL" for Illinois)
8. Zip Code (example "60614")

The first page of the PDF is attached so that you can see the sample of the document you will be converting and updating in a spreadsheet. I will give you 492 names that need to be entered. 

PART 2: 
You will use the chamber website find the 492 business or organizations websites, phone number and email address. Visit the link here-  http://lincolnparkchamber.chambermaster.com/directory/jsp/busdir/SearchResults.jsp?ccid=371&view=1&command=loadAlpha&qualifier=A;)


You will enter the information into the spreadsheet as follows

9. Phone Number (for example "773-975-5300")
10. Website Address (for example "http://www.google.com/" 


The Numbers 1-10 represent the 10 colums across the spreadsheet that need to be created and have the data entered. 

Accuracy in copying over the names and businesses is very important and critical to successful completion of this project. 

The bidding for this project will close in 24 hours and the project is to be completed within 72 hours (3 days) after we close the bidding. We are looking for the lowest bidder who can complete this project with accuracy.
