Our Client requires the following:

 

1) Creative Cover Layout and Design for 8" x 10.5" "Real Estate Guide Book w/ Related Service Providers"

 

2) Creative Layout and Design for Inside pages.

 

3) Website Design and Layout in Drupal

 

4) With Adminstrator Dashboard

 

5) With Advertiser Dashboard for the

a) advertisers to upload, and maintain their Listings, Ads and

b) also to purchase other Advertising and Marketing Services i.e. Print 'n Mail, SEO Packages, Press Releases, Blog Releases, Website Packages, POD Cast, Instant Chat, Contact Manager(like Outlook, Etc.), Email Marketing Packages, Promo Codes and Coupons, Etc.

 

6) With Advertiser Dashboard for advertisers to select their own website template from a choice of

a) 10 templates each for Real Estate agents,Brokers and

b) 10 Templates for Related Services Advertisers,

c) Plus a selection of free add-on app's ( i.e Mortgage calculators, Free Newsletter, Free Home Price Comp Form, Free Home Evaluation Form, Various Free Reports for Visitor,Area Maps, etc) and finally

d) maintain, upload their own contents i.e. Web pages, E-zines,Social Media Sites, Blogs, Etc.

 

7) One page Check-out with payment gateway.

 

8) With Advertiser option to turn-on I-Phone and Blackberry Instant Notification App. For, whenever the advertiser’s have a live visitor to their nested website for a live chat and also for receiving instant notifications of all visitor who have filled out any forms in their website.
