Website, currently built on vBulletin, needs programming in Drupal. vBulletin and x-cart integration required.

Need developer who can work with me to outline Drupal possibilities and code website to do what's needed as well as skin the website. Also, developer must be able to clearly explain what is being done so that project can be maintained in-house after job completed - content is updated almost daily. vBulletin and x-cart skinning also desired.
