We seek someone extremely skilled in developing a system like Constant Contact do in API *AND* vBulletin who can interface the two systems. When someone registers on our forum, we want the information added to our email system  like Constant Contact. When someone changes their email address on the forum, it should change it at our email system. I'm sure you get the idea - a complete email deliver system integration. PLEASE
