Although the feature list is derived from Indianpad.com, the main thing is the way Indiapad.com functions, in a smooth, not jerky manner where all components and modulels are flexible to the user to configure and disable/enable, this will be the main thing to achieve.

Other options include...
  • Ability to rate and even block users to     create your own custom Network
  • Support for other Indian languages, if possible other internation languages
  • Recommended stories tab – This uses your         voting history as well as how you rate other users to find         stories that may interest you. Example
  • Chat mechanism – The chat will be         embedded within the site itself so that its not a         stand-alone feature
  • Spam control
  • Personal Message Notification – Users will         get an alert when a new private message is posted.
  • Story Views – Displays the number of         clicks to the source article.
  • User Navigation – A dropdown when one         clicks on a username providing various options like user         history, sent posts etc
  • Threaded Comments - Comments can be commented on
  • User action trails in the admin panel, filtering online activity of an user that might not be viewable in the public website, like for example, moderator actions, and negative vote giving which are not visible to anyone except the admin.,
  • Interface color changing ability for the user and admin to be provided, similar to http://www.Telugustyle.com, look at top right hand corner for color squares
  • Site will have to be SEO friendly following the Google Webmaster guidelines
                                                  Although some of the features have been included above, these do not form the entire website to be created, there are many other options that will be revealed on exploring Indiapad.com, and every single option will have to be developed, another important aspect of development is the Admin Panel, which will have to be streamlined to include all the modules in a very easy and simple manner, almost to represent the interface of the actual website.

Splash screen feature to be integrated for the admin to display messages to the viewers, option to set display time and location in the website to be available.

The code will have to be documented to make it easy for further developemnt.

The website will have universal registration with http://www.Telugustyle.com, which means if an user registers in Indianpad or vice versa get registered on both websites.

The job will only be complete once the completely functional website is available to me and the 1 week testing phase is complete and feedback is given in regards to bugs/crashes/security loopholes etc to provider and changes are made by provider.
