We are seeking experienced telemarketers from Philippines to work as agent recruitment representatives. Your first job purpose will be to call insurance agents and introduce our product to them. You will gather pertinent information, send them information and follow-up to see if they receive the info then invite them to an online meeting with a company rep.

Job Accountability & Expectations :-

· Support and provide superior service via phone and e-mail as a receiver and caller.
· Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
· Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally.
· Effectively deal with job stress and angry or upset callers.
· Very well self-organizer.
· Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
· Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of agents over the phone.
· Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various situations.
· Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
· Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
· Display ownership to additional tasks as demanded by superiors.
