The Facts:
Ganesh Bid on translation project that was never performed and is several weeks late, no communication.  

He told me the Doc could not be translated because of the images in the PDF.  Meaning, he could not copy and paste it into babblfish or some other translation software, which I could have done myself for free. 
When questioned if this was the situation, I was given no answer.  I was only assured the job would be done.  

Then I began to receive emails from other providers on oDesk that he was trying to outsource my job because he did not speak Farsi.
When asked about this, I got no response.  
I requested he do the right thing, end the job and refund our $$.
Since then there has been no communication from Ganesh.
