This team has a mountain load of “willing”, “can do” attitudes. If this is not enough, let me assure you they are top notch Software Engineers!
Even though this is the first project we have with this company, via oDesk, they have worked for our company for several years. Each time, they get better. Sometimes they have worked under tremendous time pressure, to deliver on a promised deadline. So this oDESK one experience should not be any measure of their competence or capabilities.
They don’t simply “do” what the specs say. They spend time learning the background nuances of an assignment, and come up with creative ideas to produce a robust product.
Caution! They are still not ready for mega projects! But over time they will prove to be a great investment.
