I want to bid on a large number of combinations of certain keywords through AdWords. Because there are 35,000 cities, we have to create 35,000 different versions of the ad.

The keywords will all follow a certain style:

This means that there will be 280,000 (8x35,000) keywords we will need to bid upon.

Each Ad should have a set template

Make sure the bidding on the keyword terms is 'broad match'.
