we need a graphic designer who can manipulate pre designed icons as in 
adding text and/ images or remove text/parts etc etc

Very basic stuff , we need a lot of such designs and can pay $3 for each finished icon.

Make sure your bid is not higher the $3 per icon INCLUDING ODESK FEES.
