New start-up real estate consultancy firm requires experienced web designer with excellent Adobe Flash knowledge to create high quality website.

Please find an outline of the desired website design attached. All pictures, logos etc. are available in high quality and will be available by email or for download. 

Please also have a look at www.hghi.de which shows many of the features to be implemented.

Only website designers with quality work and an eye for detail need to apply. Must have at least 3 reference websites with Adobe Flash. Text and pics need to be controlled by XML. Please provide estimate of the total time (cost) required to complete this project.
