US Online-based investment business is in need of a dependable, sharp, home-based 
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT asap!

MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE (preferably one year)

Full Time Position

We require someone that is able to work in a quiet, distraction free environment, that has the discipline to be available work either (Monday – Friday) or (Thursday – Monday) during the hours of 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. California, Pacific Standard Time.

You will be involved in:
• Analyzing properties and calculating comparable values and after repair values
• Marketing our business
• Driving Traffic to our websites
• Placing Ads
• Pre-screening all calls and inquiries
• Talking to clients, contacting buyers, sellers, realtors, bankers, appraisers, and title companies
• Building our database
• Accurately filling out and faxing contracts
• Conducting online searches, locating vacant property owners

You must:
• be a quick learner
• be able to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines
• always have a professional, cordial personality and a pleasant voice
• possess excellent phone, Internet, computer, marketing, customer service and management skills
• be able to take down precise information and maintain accurate records.

In addition, the ideal candidate SHOULD have the following:
• The ability to speak, read and write American English fluently.
• Own a “newer” computer – Windows XP or Vista – 2G RAM, with a reliable, faster internet connection
• Have free unlimited long distance phone service
• A solid understanding of the Internet, researching capabilities, online shared applications, especially Google applications, Craigslist, Backpage, MLS, Zillow, and Skype
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel or open source versions of these applications
• The pay will be $2 per hour to start
