I am looking for a top notch Javascript, DHTML and CSS expert who would be able to create a cross-frame Javascript application that tests the limits of Javascript, DHTML and CSS.  Substantial experience creating complex Javascript/AJAX applications and understanding of the internals of Javascript is a must.  This is an application that tests the limits of what is possible to achieve with Javascript so your expertise should be top notch and you should be able to know every function and quirk in Javascript and to have been successfully coded a complex Javascript application.  Please, only apply if you really fit this description.
