Hi, I run a small web comapny that reworks web sites so they get more attention and conversion. I have many years of SEO experience but don't have all the time needed to flush these projects out. I am looking for someone who doesn't have a big ego but instead wants to make sure the end result is good. I am willing to learn and take direction as well. ;)

These are the 2 items I have right now. While they are small, I am looking to build a relationship for future projects on larger scales.

Link building to enhance the prominence of a local Chiropractor in a specific locale in New Jersey. This is a little challenging since htere aren't too many that are out there that have enough searches to be worth it. I have done research on the keywords and begiun to get some results.

Link building to enhance the prominence of a Public Relations and Marketing Firm in New Jersey. There are  several terms that work well and it is not tied to a locale although the comapny would like to make sure comapnies in the Montclair NJ area know about it. 
This one entials some more title tagging and making individual pages that already exist more relevant for keywords/phrases.
