We are looking for a "find a friend" application for mobile:
- to use network cell for location
- SMS integrated for requesting right to find an individual
- visual representation of location on the phone on map
- support the widest range of phones possible
- application should have a server and handset component, latter downloadable over the air
- Server side built on LAMP or Java on Linux, Apache, My SQL
- Client side must have WAP support,  Java, Nokia   Symbian/BB/iPhone native support optional
- regular refresh of location
- gps or other location tech support optional
- must support access for paying members only
- must use MSISDN for user recognition
