We are sadly loosing one of our team members that handled all of our flash and flex projects. The flash stuff wont be an issue but the flex items will be.

i need someone that is highly skilled in flex to help us continue on a long term project that needs a full time team member. The project is dealing with a lot of webservices and soap messages. you will need to be well versed in how to work with this.
